Five Very Powerful Lessons I’ve Learned as an Innate Biofield Practitioner

Before I embark on the 5 Lessons I have learnt I want to start with the words “What If”. They’re powerful words because they open us up, instead of shutting us down, allowing space for new possibilities, perspectives, and information to come in. The practitioner understands that there is more to the human body than disfunction and related diet, nutrients, exercise etc. to bring it back into balance. These are, of course, areas that are considered, but the Innate Biofield Practitioner goes so much deeper. So how do we work out what the body wants? The answer – we ask!

Lesson 1 – What if you could ask your body questions?

Guess what…. you can ask your body questions!  Muscle testing is a simple way of using the body’s natural responses as guidance. Techniques such as Sway Test, Finger Ring Testing, Pendulum Testing are just some examples. Your practitioner can also ask questions remotely; distance is no obstacle.

Lesson 2 – What if your symptoms are actually a gift?

Surprisingly the symptoms are a gift! What if your body gives you the messages and you just need to learn how to understand what they mean? Did you know that a problem with the middle finger can energetically be related to conflict between you and your father? This information is invaluable in sessions.

Lesson 3 – What if the first priority for your healing was not directly addressing the symptom in an obvious or expected way?

Symptoms are the physical manifestation of dysfunction and what comes up as the first priority for support is not necessarily obviously related to the symptom itself. An example could be that you had presented for a session with gut problems. What came up in the session was not diet or gut nutrients, but rather that you needed to listen to certain music to support your self-worth and confidence.

Lesson 4 – What if there were seven major energy centers that have clear symptoms of imbalance?

How lucky… there are, and your practitioner can work with these! They are called Chakra’s and often imbalances in these will have obvious physical manifestations. For example, an underactive Root Chakra can present as feeling anxious, unsafe, financially insecure, difficulty feeling stable or settled. Your practitioner muscle tests to see what your body is asking for in order to help bring these back into balance.

Lesson 5 – What if your catalysts are actually a gift?

Amazing, they are a gift! A catalyst is a person, situation or experience that triggers an emotional reaction within you. This reveals an area that may need healing, growth or energetic attention. Rather than feeling anger or shame after a reaction, it’s nice to know it’s just your body talking to you and, through sessions, practitioners can help you to uncover what is buried deep in your subconscious and how it wants support.
