PSYCH-K® is a gentle, effective process that helps you change limiting subconscious beliefs into supportive ones. By using muscle testing and whole-brain integration techniques, it rewires the mind to align your subconscious programming with your conscious goals.
Clients often use PSYCH-K® to address challenges such as:
No. While PSYCH-K® works with the subconscious mind, it is not hypnosis or traditional talk therapy. Instead, it’s a collaborative, interactive process designed to help you take control of your beliefs and create positive changes quickly.
Every person is unique. Some experience noticeable shifts after just one session, while others choose a series of sessions to address multiple areas of their life. We can discuss your goals and recommend the best approach during your first appointment.
Yes. Functional Care offers both in-person and online PSYCH-K® sessions, so you can work with us no matter where you’re located. The results are equally effective in both formats.
ThetaHealing® is a powerful mind–body technique that combines focused meditation with intuitive insight to identify and shift subconscious beliefs, release emotional blocks, and promote physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. It works in the “theta” brainwave state — the same deep state you experience in meditation or just before sleep — where profound change can occur quickly and gently.
ThetaHealing® can support emotional release, improve relationships, increase self-confidence, and help you overcome fears, phobias, and limiting beliefs. Many people also use it to address stress, anxiety, grief, or to create alignment with career, health, and personal goals. It’s not a replacement for medical care, but it can be a complementary tool for overall well-being.
During a session, you’ll be guided into a relaxed state while the practitioner connects with the theta brainwave state. Through gentle questioning and intuitive insight, we’ll explore the root cause of your concerns, identify limiting beliefs, and work to replace them with positive, empowering ones. Sessions are conversational and collaborative — you are fully aware and involved throughout the process.
This varies depending on your goals and the complexity of the issues you’d like to address. Some people experience a noticeable shift in just one session, while others choose ongoing support for deeper or layered patterns. Your practitioner will help you create a plan that works for your needs.
Yes. ThetaHealing® is a gentle, non-invasive approach that works with your free will and readiness for change. You remain fully in control of the process and can choose what to work on at each stage.
Absolutely. Many clients combine ThetaHealing® with other holistic or conventional treatments. It can be particularly powerful alongside services like PSYCH-K® or Functional Nutrition for an integrated mind–body approach.
We often support clients with:
While dietitians often focus on general nutritional guidelines, Functional Nutrition digs deeper into the underlying factors that may be contributing to your health concerns. It’s a highly individualised, root-cause approach.
Not necessarily. Our focus is always on adding nourishing foods first and making changes that feel sustainable for your life. In some cases, if sensitivities or intolerances are present, certain foods may need to be reduced or avoided — sometimes temporarily while your gut heals, and sometimes more long term. Every body is different, so we’ll take a bio-individual approach that works best for you.
No, supplementation is not always necessary. Ideally we will get all our nutrients from whole food sources, which is why we have a food first approach. Sometimes targeted supplementation can be supportive in assisting the body back to optimal function.
Eating a whole food nutrient dense diet does not need to be restrictive. We focus on what you can eat and all of the amazing foods being added into your diet, rather than just a list of what to not eat. Seasonal, local and fresh foods are so delicious you won’t feel like you are missing anything after a while!
Functional Clinical Assessment (FCA) is a tool used by Functional Nutritional Therapy Practitioners (FNTP) for evaluating their client’s health. Using the innate connection between the nerve endings at skin level and the body’s internal organs, FNTP’s can determine where dysfunction in the body is occurring and what nutrients the body is asking for.
